Brookdale Cypress Village Memory Care Unit

Cypress Village is a 120-acre, more than two-decades-old Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) renovated and expanded by TRO Jung|Brannen over the past four years. Cypress Village offers senior living care and convenience in a resort-like setting with updated public spaces, well-maintained water features on the property, and accoutrements for modern living such as a wellness and fitness facility, a putting green, nature trails, game rooms, both elegant and family style dining, a library with internet access, and more.

TRO Jung|Brannen has completed master planning and renovations and expansions to Cypress Village including relocation of 39 assisted living facility (ALF) beds to the existing apartment tower, renovating the existing health center to accommodate a rehab skilled nursing facility (SNF) unit, and converting some existing semi-private SNF rooms to private for an upscale private pay unit. Also included in the renovations were support services including food service, staff lockers, lounge, and community rooms.
